Oscars 2016: Priyanka Chopra jets off to Los Angeles to attend the Academy Awards
Priyanka Chopra has flown for Los Angeles to attend the prestigious Academy Awards. Priyanka is the first Indian who has been invited as one of the presenters. Bollywood's Desi Girl will be presenting award with Hollywood stars Julianne Moore, Reese Witherspoon and Whoopi Goldberg. Oscars will be Priyanka's third international award show this year after People's Choice Award and SAG awards.
Priyanka Chopra has taken off for Los Angeles from Montreal to be a presenter at the glitzy and star-studded 88th Academy Awards, to be held in Hollywood on Sunday (February 28).
"Staring into the sun... LA bound... Long flight! Yes! #Oscars (sic)," Priyanka shared on her social media account, along with an image in which she is seen sporting glares while the sun shines on her face.
The former beauty queen, who has found international fame following her stint on American TV show Quantico, will be among the star presenters at the Oscars, where stars like Julianne Moore, Reese Witherspoon and Whoopi Goldberg will also take to the stage.
Earlier, Priyanka had shared that she is expecting it to be an "insane night" and of course, there's a lot of anticipation on what she will wear for the big night, especially after she has landed a key role in the Baywatch movie.
Soon after Academy Awards, Priyanka will start shooting for her Hollywood debut film, Baywatch.
